Tyler actually had an ear infection for these pictures (thus, the rosy rosy cheeks). The photographer got all these pics in about 2 minutes. We were impressed.

Our 2 week apartment

True to form, we moved into our apartment, only to give our 30-day notice the very next day. We actually ended up staying there for 2 weeks. Happily, we are finally getting settled in this NEW new apartment. Can anyone say "thank goodness for subsidized housing"? We love it here - it's in our old ward, it has a price that can't be beat =), and we plan to stay for 8 months (that's a long time for our family).

I think Grandma Wiles read him stories for about 45 minutes. What a patient lady! Kelsie wanted to participate too. She was pretty content to sit there for about 3 minutes.

This is a common reaction when we tell Tyler it's time to come in and stop riding his bike.


Tyler is impressing some of our new neighbors with his awesome bike skills. Last week he showed me how he can go backwards. Schane said Tyler showed him a "no hands" trick the other day.

Leave a toddler alone for 15 minutes while you take a shower . . .

I guess this would be a pretty interesting box to find -- from a toddler's point of view.

Just Chillin'

Tyler just busted out with this block tower one day. The most he's done before is maybe 3 blocks on top of each other. Who knows? Maybe he'll follow Uncle Brian's footsteps and be an architecht.
